So these must have a built in resistor?

Nice tip with the adhesive! I don’t remember my last in channel rain guards coming with adhesive…. I must have gone super cheap…. Which probably explains why a wind storm took off with one of my rear rain guards. lol…. 50 mph winds but I kept looking for that dam thing for days!!😂

Looks great! Million dollar question, do they actually do what they are intended to do given the low profile? Is anyone still experiencing excessive rock chips or can anyone confirm less rock chips because of these ACS Rock guards? Im on the fence as every video or review talks about how nice they look, which they do look really nice compared to the competition but nobody seems to talk about how well they actually function. Thoughts or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What did you end up using for cleaner there? I think you mentioned goo-gone and another option. I saw 2 other videos on emblem removal/replacement. Both worked but both completely different routes. Mark Grovenor (Aussie Camaro owner) used a heat gun and kept feeling the Camaro to make sure not too hot to the touch during removal. For replacement, he used an actual size print-out paper of blacked-out Camaro lettering above where he lined up the blacked-out letters he was placing. Exile Performance used a hair dryer to heat glue/adhesive behind emblem and fushing line to get it completely off. He used Goo-Gone to clean up residual leftovers. Placement was kind of mind-bloeing in this video though... he uses painter's tape but left it on for duration of video--diring heating of old emblem through placement of new emblem to maintain accurate placement. It seemed risky but it worked for him.

More to deflect stones hitting the front lip of your hood. Looks really good on a silver Silverado with black aftermarket wheels and smoked head and tail lights

It hooks directly to your frame? I recently got into an accident and I purchased the truck with the nudge bar on it. So I didn’t install it, in my accident I smashed into a huge deer a full grown buck, for me I want it to be totaled so I can purchase a diesel truck. But the first shop my truck was at they told me “our lift is out of commission but we’re not worried about frame damage” I said hell no, tow it to another shop and give me a real full estimate. Do you think if I smashed into that deer and it was hard like my whole front end is screwed there could potentially be frame damage at the front?

Thank you for your video with good information. I just bought a refurbished Schumacher SJ1427 model and used the tire inflator hose to fill air in my spare tire of my passenger car, which already had 37 PSI (it needs to be filled up to 60 PSI). While connecting the hose to the tire nipple, instead of filling air, it let out existing air from the tire and reduced the pressure to 31 PSI. The unit was fully charged for several hours until the green charging indicator LED turned off. Do you know what am I doing wrong or why it is letting out the air?

I’ve been running my Uniden r7 mirror tapped mounted to left of rear view mirror since 2018. Got tired of moving vehicle to vehicle so I have a second r7 too. Still works like a charm. In NY NJ and PA I have yet to run into laser. R7 works great for local speed cams and red light cameras too.

Im having issues as well, it started with a really rough idle loop. Rebuilt the carb and switched the injectors and it worked way better but now it stalls after turning off for 5 seconds and sometimes hard to start after driving it

What I really needed to see was the final part of snapping the roof into place and that is the part he skipped over. I am trying to reinstall mine after taking it off to install an a cab enclosure. It came off easy but getting it back on seems impossible!

What did you do for those lower clips to work? Spread them wider??

I have the night rod as well. I got two cables that go out of the led light to be plugged into the bike but when i took my stock light out, there are three cables plugged into it. I am confused
